B. Organized Donation Partners
We take a lot of pride in bringing your donations to communities and families in need. Receipts used for tax deductible purposes will be mailed to you within one week of drop-off or given to you at the next session. Items donated will be itemized on your receipt as a best estimate.
Below is a list of preferred places where donations are taken:
Philadelphia Animal Welfare Shelter (PAWS)
PAWS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia’s homeless and at-risk animals. PAWS is the city’s largest rescue partner and provider of low-cost, basic veterinary care for pet owners and rescue organizations that cannot otherwise access or afford it.
Accepted Items: Linens, Blankets, Towels
Philly Aids Thrift
Philadelphia AIDS Thrift is incorporated in Pennsylvania as a non-profit business; The AIDS Fund distributes money to twenty-one AIDS agencies in the five county Philadelphia region
Accepted Items: Appliances, Books, Cars, CDs, Records, Tapes, Clothing, Shoes and accessories, DVDs, VHS, Electronics and stereo equipment, Furniture, Home furnishings and household items, Jewelry, Sporting goods
eForce Recycling
Provide secure data destruction and responsible recycling for ALL electronic devices; recycling of office furniture and equipment.
Accepted Items: Old laptops, Cell phones, iPads, Speakers, Dysfunctional kitchen appliances
The Tab Group
Family run business; destroys and recycles batteries, computer equipment, monitors and all electronic equipment in accordance with Federal and State Laws and is a DEP & EPA certified facility.
Accepted Items: Paper shredding, Shredding, eWaste
Goodwill
Goodwill works to enhance people’s dignity and quality of life by strengthening their communities, eliminating their barriers to opportunity, and helping them reach their full potential through learning and the power of work.

Local Public Schools
Through friends and my network, I know many teachers who work in the Greater Philadelphia area, so the supplies go directly into local classrooms.
